Mountain View Cabin Rental Policy Cabin for couples only. In consideration of ALL our guests, Mountain View Cabins does not allow any pets, and it is also a non-smoking cabin. Smoking outside or out on the decks is allowed. Valid Credit Card is needed to make reservations. You may pay for your cabin stay via cash, check, or credit card. Leave cabins tidy - Cabins may be assessed for damages and guests charged accordingly. Mountain View Cabins is not responsible for loss of any money or valuables. No ATV'S on the cabin property. check in Time is 2:00 pm and checkout is at 11:00 am 2 night minimum on weekends.(Fri., Sat.) all other days can be rented nightly. Mountain View Cabins Cancellation Policy $25 non-refundable fee for cancellations of Cabins with 14 days notice. Less notice will result in a non-refundable charge equal to one nights rent. Cancellations made on the day of rental will result in complete reservation charge. We realize most people cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. However, we are not responsible for illness, emergencies, weather/ road conditions. Refunds are not available for late arrivals or early departures.
